General Provisions
  • By using, reserving or ordering a service, purchasing products, and/or entering the premises of Stella Mediterranea Ltd., you accept these General Terms and Conditions, as well as all other rules and conditions in effect at the time of service use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services or enter the premises of Stella Mediterranea Ltd.
  • These terms also apply to all third parties to whom the user transfers a ticket, reservation, or a purchased product. The buyer is obliged to inform the third party of the current General Terms and Conditions.
  • Stella Mediterranea Ltd. reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions take effect on the day of publication. We recommend checking the latest terms before each visit or purchase.
Ticket and Product Purchases
  • Tickets and products can be purchased at the points of sale of Stella Mediterranea Ltd. and via the official website www.stella-croatica.hr.
  • Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. The price list is published on official channels and is subject to change until the purchase is finalized.
  • All online purchases are binding and final. Cancellations or changes are only possible by contacting info@stella-croatica.hr.
  • Complaints related to online purchases can be sent in writing to the company address or via email.
  • For cash purchases, the buyer must immediately check the returned amount, as later complaints will not be accepted.
  • Purchased tickets and products cannot be exchanged or canceled, nor is a refund given for unused or lost tickets.
Opening Hours and Entry
  • Entry to the premises is only allowed with a valid ticket. Stella Mediterranea Ltd. reserves the right to verify the validity of tickets and the basis for any applicable discounts.
  • Visitors must carry documentation proving eligibility for discounts if such discounts are advertised on the company's official website (e.g., student IDs, disability documentation).
  • Pets are allowed only on a leash, except for service animals accompanying people with disabilities. Pets are not allowed in the production areas of the complex.
  • The premises are partially accessible for people with disabilities; additional assistance is available upon request.
Visitor Conduct
  • Visitors must behave responsibly towards the premises, property, and other visitors.
  • The use of sports equipment indoors (e.g., roller skates, scooters) is prohibited.
  • Staff are entitled to remove visitors without a refund in cases of unacceptable behavior (e.g., disturbances, intoxication, possession of weapons or illegal substances).
Responsibility for Personal Belongings
  • Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Stella Mediterranea Ltd. is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal items unless they have been officially checked in for safekeeping.
Parking
  • Parking is available in the outdoor parking area of Stella Mediterranea Ltd. The parking area is not under the direct management of the company, and availability depends on the season and capacity.
Prohibition of Audio and Video Recording
  • All audiovisual content and exhibitions are protected by copyright. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or publication is prohibited by law.
Personal Data Protection
  • All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details are available in the Privacy Policy published on the website of Stella Mediterranea Ltd.
  • The premises may be under video surveillance for the protection of people and property, in accordance with applicable laws.
Complaints
  • Complaints may be submitted on-site or sent by post to Stella Mediterranea Ltd., Mihovilovići 21a, 21231 Klis, Croatia, or by email to info@stella-croatica.hr. The company will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute with the seller, the customer may submit a complaint to the European Commission via the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
