Welcome to the Stella Croatica Olive Grove Park – a place where olive trees over one hundred years old tell the story of Dalmatian tradition. Located in the heart of our estate, this unique olive park in Dalmatia offers education, peace, and an essential experience for anyone wishing to learn more about olive cultivation in Croatia.
Authentic Harvest and Olive Oil Production
Our trees bear fruit each fall, which we harvest and process into homemade extra virgin olive oil. Visitors can follow the olive’s vegetative cycle, learn about the preservation process, and discover how olives are used as a food ingredient.
This tour is perfectly complemented by our olive oil tasting workshop, where we teach you how to recognize high-quality olive oil.

Educational workshops and school visits
During harvest season, the olive grove hosts educational workshops for both children and adults. We are especially proud of our collaboration with local schools from Split and surrounding areas, with all workshops aligned with the official curriculum.
Eco-Corner and Sustainability
The olive grove includes an eco-corner with education on environmental protection, examples of best practices, and a composting station. The humus created from composted plants is used in our agricultural garden because we believe in sustainable tourism and ecological production.
Dry Stone Wall and Distillery – Tradition and Mediterranean Scents
The olive grove is bordered by an authentic Dalmatian dry stone wall, part of our architectural heritage. It is also home to an essential oil distillery, where we demonstrate the distillation process of immortelle and lavender, compare the intensity of essential oils and hydrosols, and explore their uses – from cosmetics to traditional remedies.
