The family-run businesses Stella Croatica and Herba Croatica impressed the jury with their blend of tradition and innovation, achieved through public-private cooperation that has transformed local delicacies and natural resources into authentic, educational visitor experiences.With over 57,000 visitors annually, their offer includes handmade fig cakes, olive oil, and natural dietary supplements, with special emphasis on quality, education, and sustainability.
