Pasta with tomatoes, olives and maraschino

    Ingredients for 4 people:

    •     300 g tagliatelle
    •     150 g cherry tomatoes
    •     0,5 dl Maraskino Stella Croatica
    •     1 jar of Green olives with pine nuts tapenade Stella Croatica
    •     1 clove garlic
    •     Half tablespoon of pine nuts (toasted)
    •     1 teaspoon of sea salt Stella Croatica
    •     3 tablespoons of freshly grated hard goat cheese.
    •     A couple of fresh basil leaves

    Salt and pepper cherry tomatoes, add oil and chopped garlic, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When they are ready, leave them to cool for few minutes, peel their skin which is cracked and mix them with Maraskino. Cook pasta as directed on the packaging of al dente. When pasta is done, strain, mix with Green olives, tomatoes, pine nuts and cheese. Mix well and serve warm.
