Marinated chicken sticks with sauces

    Marinade 1


    1 dl of olive oil
    2 stars of  anis
    1 stick of cinnamon
    4 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
    1 tablespoon of brown sugar
    A few slices of orange
    2 tablespoons of Stella Croatica carob liqueur
    2 teaspoons of Stella Croatica honey
    2 teaspoons of red pepper
    1 small onion
    Stella Croatica Adriatic salt with aromatic herbs

    Mix the ingredients and leave them covered for about an hour. Then salt the chicken sticks according to Your taste and stir in the marinade, cover again and let it stand overnight.

    1 small onion
    1 lemon juice
    1 dl of olive oil
    1 teaspoon of Stella Croatica honey
    1 teaspoon of fine chopped lemon grass
    2 minced cloves of garlic
    Half a teaspoon of chopped rosemary

    Mix the ingredients, salt the chicken sticks according to Your taste and stir in the marinade and let it stand several hours before baking.
