    Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Chop up the biscuits and mix with butter  to softened and sugar. Press mixture into the mold for the cake (size 26cm) and bake at 200 ° C for 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 170 ° C and leave the dough for another minute of two. Then whip the yellow cream from cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon juice and pour over hot biscuits and bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees. After the mixture sprinkle with cherries and pour glaze which you have previously mixed from sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. All put together in a warm, but turned off oven and leave about 15 minutes to get squeezed. The finished cake put in the refrigerator overnight.
